Our Projects

With a notable track record of completing many projects, our company is currently engaged in the development of more ventures. The cumulative efforts have led to the establishment of a portfolio consisting of hundreds of wells, a number that continues to expand as we pursue further growth opportunities. Our commitment to ongoing expansion aligns with realizing our vision for sustained progress in the industry.

Echtle 1-10

Ten Wells: This project encompasses ten shallow wells, consistently delivering a steady stream of oil. These wells form the bedrock of our operations, providing a reliable foundation for enduring success.

Echtle 11-20

Moving on to the Echtle Shallow Well 11-20 project. This project pumps directly into the 1859’s TB2 and is currently online and producing.

Echtle 3 Deep

The Echtle 3 Deep project, situated at the southernmost extent of the Echtle Lease, stands as a commendable augmentation to the portfolio of the company. This venture encompasses three wells of significant depth, using ESPs (Electric Submersible Pump), an efficient and dependable artificial-lift technique.

Currently, the project operates and is actively engaged in the sale of extracted oil.

Echtle 21-30

The Echtle Shallow Well 21-30, constituting the final cluster of shallow wells drilled on the Echtle Lease, holds promising prospects for future success, despite encountering delays in power infrastructure. The company maintains a positive outlook on the project, as they diligently strive to address the power-related challenges and enhance the project’s potential.

Cacy Sauer

The Cacy-Sauer project has ten wells. The company’s team maintains a steadfast commitment to closely monitoring and optimizing the field, striving to enhance oil production.

Workover Program

Upon acquiring these leases, our company also inherited a collection of established wells, with some having been in operation since the 1950s. Embarking on a strategic initiative, we have commenced the process of reworking these wells, focusing on optimizing their production potential. These wells serve as a testament to the enduring productivity of the region, reflecting the longevity and sustained value they offer in terms of oil production. We remain dedicated to maximizing the output of these wells, further capitalizing on the prosperous opportunities they present.

Foster 21 Well

Situated on the Foster Lease, the Foster 21 Well project stands out as a distinctive hybrid endeavor, encompassing a combination of nine deep and twelve shallow wells. Notably, this project is currently extracting resources from two distinct formations, showcasing its multifaceted nature.

Echtle 30 Well

This program is our largest project to date. We drilled 30 wells and targeted up to 3 different zones per well. We hit it with our largest frac to date and our pleased with the results so far. This project pushed us over the 100 wells managed mark which is a significant milestone. We utilized ESP pumps which are solar pumps with downhole sensors which allows for ultra efficient pumping meaning more oil recovered.

Menchaca 10 Well

The Menchaca 10 well is right on the edge of the fairway which is known for its extensive reserve of oil.

Menchaca 4 Well

Four producing wells in the Olmos Zone, all located on the Menchaca Lease.

Keller 9

The Keller 9 project, located just south of CR 6710, includes nine vertical shallow conventional wells and was successfully developed in 2024.

Econdido 22

This project was developed in the spring of 2025. This 22-well rework program involved plugging the lower zone, isolating it, moving uphole to a shallower pay zone, perforating, and hydraulically fracturing the Escondido formation.
